Happy Birthday, Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano: A Champion Who Continues to Inspire

· By the Universal Boxing Federation

The Universal Boxing Federation wishes Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano a happy 38th birthday, celebrating a remarkable fighter whose achievements have helped expand the possibilities for women in boxing.

Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and raised in Brooklyn, Serrano has carried her Puerto Rican pride onto boxing’s biggest stages. Her journey began with inspiration close to home: her older sister, fellow world champion Cindy Serrano. Amanda went on to build an extraordinary legacy of her own, winning world championships across seven weight divisions—an accomplishment recognized by Guinness World Records.

Those achievements reflect more than the ability to move between weight classes. They represent years of preparation, sacrifice, and the willingness to accept demanding challenges. Serrano’s aggressive style, punching power, and determination have made her a fighter fans admire and opponents respect.

Her influence reaches beyond championship belts. For young athletes watching her career, especially girls wondering whether there is a place for them in the sport, Serrano offers a powerful example of what dedication can achieve. Her success has helped bring greater attention to women’s boxing and strengthened its place on major fight cards.

For Puerto Rican fans, she is also part of a proud boxing tradition. Every appearance gives supporters another opportunity to celebrate an athlete who carries that identity with purpose and pride.

On her birthday, the UBF recognizes both the champion and the work behind her success. Boxing remembers accomplishments, but it also remembers the fighters who inspire others to step into a gym, believe in their abilities, and pursue their own goals.

Happy birthday, Amanda! From all of us at the Universal Boxing Federation, we wish you health, happiness, and continued success inside and outside the ring. Thank you for the passion you bring to boxing and the example you set for the next generation.

Feliz cumpleaños, campeona!
