NJPW to liquidate American subsidiary while continuing North American events

New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that NJPW of America Inc., established in 2019, will cease operations and enter liquidation. The promotion says it will continue staging events in North America with backing from the TV Asahi group; the corporate closure does not mean an end to NJPW events in the region.
