Provide a real, recent portrait showing only the professional. A head-and-shoulders photo with a simple background works best. UBF displays every portrait in a consistent 240 × 300 frame.

JPEG or PNG · under 5 MB · at least 240 × 300 pixels. We recommend 480 × 600 pixels or larger. Photos are reviewed before publication.
